Trim Options

There is a 10 lbs. minimum on all trim products. Add a 1/2 hog produces about 15 lbs of trim and a whole hog produces about 30 lbs of trim depending on cuts selected.

If cut sheet is not filled out and turned in on time a standard cut will be given.
